This was before Livvia was born but this is her family.

Where did Livvia's family live during the Civil War?   When did they move to Missouri?  I can't find them yet in the 1860 census.

The handwriting is really hard to read.  There really looks like there is a slash in the column for Harmon's father being foreign born.   I think Kendrick is the same as William McKendrick in the 1850 census.

In the last column asks "Male Citizens of U.S. of 21 years of age and upwards where rights to vote is denied on other grounds than rebellion or other crime."  It looks like Harmon, Joel and Kendrick have slashes in that column but then the slashes have a mark through it like it was a mistake.  I don't know what that column means but I guess it has something to do with Confederate soldiers voting rights.

I think Martin and Livvia's moms were born in North Carolina according to earlier census records.

They are on the same census page as William and Alice Gold.  Livvia's son Phidellah is married to Alice and William's daughter Sacca.  Phidellah and Sacca live in a different township though.
